The 10×42 lens system uses Steiner’s High-Definition lens elements and phase-corrected prisms to transmit bright images with enhanced color fidelity and contrast. This configuration from the Tactical series has a 60° apparent viewing angle and can focus to within seven feet, making this optic well-suited for tactical use as well as birding, hunting, and almost any close to mid-range glassing activity. A nitrogen-filled fogproof housing provides this set of binoculars with the build quality needed to endure unforgiving weather conditions. Steiner’s Two-Way Valve system enables air to be more effectively drawn from the optical housing and replaced with inert, non-condensing nitrogen.
